It's a great day again on the Island. 79 degrees and sunny. The tides have been extremely high this week with a 6.3 rise. The water is beautiful out there and the sunsets are right at high tide. You can't even see the marsh! A boater's paradise!

We've had 41 sales this year to date on the Isle of Palms as opposed to last year at this time with only 17! Looking good.

Unfortunately Mt Pleasant was 753 last year and 563 so far this year. I'm puzzled on that one.
